Conveniently located near downtown shopping, the mall and many restaurants. Chateau Apartments are located at 560 N. Gay Street and Lemans Square is around the block at 560 N.Perry Street. We are a quiet community with on site management and maintenance. Among our amenities are swimming pools, basketball court, and spacious floor plans with choice of efficiency, 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment. We pay water, garbage and pest control. A laundry room is available on site. Additionally we are only four blocks from Auburn University and the Tiger Transit picks up at our community.

We offer standard and upgrade apartments. Our prices start at $310.00 for a standard efficiency and go through $560.00 for a 3 bedroom upgrade unit.
